English people are the bad guys. They are very rarely cast as the good guys. .. there were a few back in the 80s (alec guiness in star wars for example but then only in a kind of 'of guard' stereotype) but now if you want a bad guy... hire the english dude.

Yeah but they kind of had no choice about that- Obi Wan had a scottish accent and was played by a Scot- Sir Alec Guiness- in the original films.

I hope its at least an original role- not filling someones elses shoes- hes the best thing in that ST film- but he still aint no Khan.
