Figgs the Brit is the one who brought it up. Mad

I saw the episode last night!

It's led to some interesting commentaries that I've enjoyed, but I spoiled myself concerning most of the show's events prior to watching it. That was unfortunate.

One original observation I had was how much Danaerys reminded me of her brother
Spoiler:
That little cheeky smirk of hers reminded me so much of Viserys back in season 1. The following aren't the best example of this, but I included two videos down below as well.

I'm glad things happened in that episode, but most of them were the wrong sorts of things. That was unfortunate.

I enjoyed the last couple of episodes! Quite dramatic for the first time in a while.

I can't believe you, as a supposedly bona-fide American, did not know what Cheez-whiz was. Shocked It's like you had a healthy childhood or something.

The music was really good. Actually gave the whole episode a really different feel to previous ones. Whatever you think of the series I think a lot would agree on that!

Looking forward to season 7 now!

I do have to complain about something, even if I only learned about it from spoilers.

In the books, Varys had Kevan Lannister killed, with the brilliant line "You were undoing all the good work your niece had done." Basically, he was about to give the Lannisters a good name, making it hard to get Varys' choice on the throne.

In the show, Kevan was killed almost by accident. This was a damn shame, taking the plot twist away from discovering what Varys was up to. Of course, in the show we knew what he was up to when he smuggled out Tyrion to meet Daenerys, but it was a waste of one of the greatest character reveals in the book.
