There's an Elk-looking cafe and bar nearby.
That truck looks rather American.
Looks like cattle country. That fence structure on the side of the road has cow-chutes in it. Whatever they're called.
Update 3: Damnit. Cars driving on the wrong side of the road. So much for North America.
Update 4: I give up! The controls for moving along the road are too clunky and memory-intensive for my liking. I will guess...
Geez. I have no idea! They have English road signs there, drive on the wrong side of the road. A beach nearby is called Haast. The terrain is really too weird looking to be anywhere in the UK.

OK so I'd thought I'd try it once more. I found a much better way to move around the map. One that doesn't involve frame-by-framing it down the street (shows how much I use Google maps).

Update 2: Caltex Diesel Stop. Where would they only offer Diesel? The strange combination of heavy machinery and sporting aquatic vehicles suggests poorer area of the world.
Update 3: So once again it's not North America. Tongariro National Trout Center 300m ahead on a sign, also I'm driving on the wrong side of the road again.
