And no nonsense this time. This is a serious thread for scheduled maintenance. The way it was treated last time was frankly a disgrace
And looked what happened- we got taken over and did we know about it before hand? No. Why not? It was major maintenance and no scheduling- it was because of the disrespectful treatment on here- you have been warned!

Oh happy day! I don't like this kind of nonsense, but at least it is out the open where I can lay a glove on it!

I didn't expect to see THIS thread resurrected. It was the most pointless thread to continue posting on. It was only for the Spammer Completist who just had to have his (or her) name on every board at the end of the day.

Thanks for bringing back a great thread, however pointless

My theory is, if I can successfully destroy the "urge" in folk to have a thread like this, I can get rid of just about any "fanciful" urge - ones I disapprove of, that is. This strikes at the very heart of my problems with the forum - nonsense.

I couldn't agree more Odo -well I could but I'm not going to-most of what was on this thread in the past was unwholesome nonsense, instead of as it should have been, a list of things needing maintained and requiring a schedule to do so.
It smacks of people just trying to boost their post count whilst saying nothing about nothing! Behaviour you or I of course would never stoop to.

Our spam quota requires regular maintenance.

Which means, of course, I have to join in.

I'm not sure Ally that either the Daily Purist or NoP has much truck with truth, or spelling. Still, I am sure all will be revealed- whether we want it to or not come Sunday.
