ok, forumshire is invading my email (like 15-20 mails a day) and I haven't had the time to breed an army of half-orcs-freaks to fight it for me, any ideas how I can lock out these invaders?

Go into your profile Norc, go to the prefrences tab and uncheck the 'Always notify me of replies :' options. You can also disable getting an email when you receive a private message or message from the admin from there if you wish.

I had a similar problem recently where the forum decided to start notifying me despite me not asking it to. Don't forget to also go to the "Topics being watched" tab on your profile and uncheck all of those; sometimes they get automatically added by accident.

The trouble is, guys, Eldo thinks he knows what he's doing. That's why he's so dangerous.

But Eldo is so young still, I did not realize how uniformed i was until my twenties and that despite my father patiently explaining it to me as much as possible. hen he is twenty two he might realize he doesn't have it all under control. But I have a sinking feeling he really does and it is me , and possibly you too that , well we won't think on it. At least you have your buckie, I don't drink , I just have milk and apple juice. And so far it has not been that effective in distracting me from feeling bad nerves or such.
I get notifications every day but I think it is lovely and it makes me feel i am still here with you when i can't be.

Petty, it's exactly the kind of behaviour that makes a mockery of everything Forumshire stands for. The kind of behaviour - if true - all here would surely fiercely denounce! All I'm doing is conducting an investigation to ensure it isn't happening and NEVER happens here! You should thank me, not accuse me of anything shameful. Think of me now as a Private Eye.

Well yes, but its such a shocking thing to think. Here. On Forumshire. And yes, I think I would indeed prefer your eye to remain private. We don't want a repeat of the 'lets never speak of this again' incident!
