Saradoc, I did nothing, I deserve no praise. I was upset on PT when I read some things and I knew that Fornad was going out of his way to be placating. I felt that was not the answer, because even though there was no fire per se as yet, I could feel ill feeling smouldering under jokes and such. I admit I was nervous, almost afraid, not of the Tazster, he is kind. No, I did not want to cause any of you or me or anyone trouble. I am going through enough of that at present. But I believe in honest and fair talk, telling the truth in kindness. I told Taz I knew, yes I boldly said knew some of you were really upset about the lost property, and that you wanted it back. Then upon reflection I messaged him again and asked was there any way of giving it back. Being a free lance writer myself I told him how distressing it had been for me in the past to not be able to retrieve it. Literally within two minutes Taz had offered it back to you. I did nothing, HE did everything. I look forward to reading what Jolly Cotton has to say.

This thread brought tears to my eyes.  Around that time I became a council member. And then to think that after being on there for years, it all started because I loved Grondy so much, I cannot even tell you, I still cry over him, just like that I stepped down from being what I wanted to be so much because of one of my tiring principled stands. And that was that. Life is often so not like you wanted it.
